Who it's for

Owners and practice managers of new and growing US healthcare practices: ABA, PT/OT/speech, chiropractic and small groups. You want your providers billing sooner, and you want the paperwork done without mistakes.

You stay organized and in control. The scope is written before work starts, you hold your own accounts, and access stays limited.

Ferrunda joins two Latin words: ferrum, meaning iron, and unda, meaning wave. Together they stand for strength and flow: careful, dependable work that never stops moving.

How it works

  1. Request a quote.
  2. Agree the written scope. 50% is due upfront.
  3. Share provider details in your own accounts or by view-only link.
  4. We set up CAQH and complete each commercial payer application as your authorized delegate.
  5. We follow up and send weekly written updates until effective dates. The remaining 50% is due on completion.

CAQH is the provider data profile that payers review.

What we need from you

  • Provider NPI and license details
  • Malpractice policy details
  • Practice details

You enter these in your own accounts, or share them by view-only link. We do not download or store your files.

Timeline

Payers set their own review times, which industry sources say commonly run weeks to months. We cannot shorten them. We prevent avoidable delays and update you in writing every week.

Terms

Payment

50% upfront, 50% on completion, as defined in the written scope. There are no refunds once the deposit is paid. Scope, price and payment terms are in writing before you pay.

Application fees

Government or payer application fees, where they apply, are paid by you directly and are not included in our fees.

No promises on approval or timing

We do not promise approval or timelines. Payers decide both.

Your accounts

You keep ownership of your accounts. We act as your authorized delegate and prepare and submit applications. We never sign for a provider. Where a program requires the provider or practice to sign a final certification, you sign it.

Scope

In scope: exactly what the written scope lists: the named providers, the named commercial payers, CAQH setup, and follow-up until effective dates for those payers.

Out of scope: anything the written scope does not list, including:

  • Medicare and Medicaid, including Medicare Advantage plans and Medicaid managed care plans (quoted separately)
  • Billing and coding
  • Hospital credentialing
  • Anything involving patient records
  • Appeals or reapplications after a payer denial that was not caused by our error
  • Ongoing re-attestation and document tracking after follow-up ends, unless upkeep is added
  • Work caused by information from the client that was missing, late or incorrect

Providers or payers added after the scope is agreed are added at the published prices. Corrections to our own errors are always included at no charge. Before any out-of-scope work, we send a flat-fee quote in writing and start only after you approve it in writing.

FAQ

Do you guarantee approval?

No. We do not promise approval, and we do not promise timelines. Each payer makes its own decision. We prepare and submit complete applications and follow up until effective dates.

How long does enrollment take?

Payers set their own review times, which industry sources say commonly run weeks to months. We cannot shorten them. We prevent avoidable delays and update you in writing every week.

What is in scope and what is not?

In scope is exactly what your written scope lists: the named providers, the named commercial payers, CAQH setup, and follow-up until effective dates for those payers. Anything the written scope does not list is out of scope, including Medicare and Medicaid, billing and coding, hospital credentialing and anything involving patient records. Before any out-of-scope work, we send a flat-fee quote in writing and start only after you approve it in writing. The Terms section has the full definition.

Do you handle Medicare and Medicaid?

Yes, but they are separate processes and are quoted separately. Medicare enrollment has its own forms and signature rules, and Medicaid is run by each state with its own requirements, and sometimes separate enrollment with each managed care plan. We quote these after we know your state, provider types and plans. The provider or practice's authorized official signs the final certification; we prepare the application and follow up as your authorized delegate.

Who owns our accounts?

You do. You keep ownership of your accounts, and we act as your authorized delegate. We prepare and submit applications. We never sign for a provider. Where a program requires the provider or practice to sign a final certification, you sign it.

How are sensitive provider details handled?

With limited access and a written scope. You enter provider details in your own accounts, or share them by view-only link. We do not download or store your files. The written scope lists what we handle before work starts.

Do you offer refunds?

No refunds once the deposit is paid. Scope, price and payment terms are in writing before you pay.

How does payment work?

50% is due upfront and 50% on completion, as defined in the written scope. Government or payer application fees, where they apply, are paid by you directly and are not included in our fees.
